Royalty
About
Royalty is a "Big Sister/Little Sister" organization that focuses on mentoring young girls in the Huntsville area. We match up mentors (SHSU students) with young girls (Prek-12th) by reviewing the mentor's age preference and both girl's personalities.
Royalty will host many events and community service projects throughout the year. This will be a great and fun way to meet others while making an impact in the Huntsville community.
Responsibilities of being a member of Royalty include having a minimum of 25 hours for the academic year. Throughout the year there will be many opportunities to earn community service hours whether it's during your "one-on-one" time with your little sister or helping out with an event that Royalty hosts/co-hosts. For members that exceed the minimum amount of community service hours, they will receive various incentives.
